I’m a freelance journalist based in London specialising in health and nutrition, fitness, wellbeing and travel. In this context, I write for a variety of national newspapers and magazines including The Times, The Daily Express, Holland & Barrett’s Healthy, The Daily Mail, Zest, Bella and best.
I also work as a writer in the field of corporate communications (internal and external). Previous corporate clients include BSkyB, Lloyds of London, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Aon, The Department of Health and Nuffield Hospitals.
